Bay Ridge, Brooklyn Newborn Photographer
It was a sunny Friday morning when we made our arrival to the home of Veronika and Nick. I met this lovely couple a month prior for maternity pictures and now I was able to meet little Nikolas. This session was extra special because it was the last one with my assistant Jacqueline. Jacqueline worked with me for a few months and made my days so much easier and stress free. It was bittersweet to see her go but I am happy for her next steps in life and wish her all the best. The session ran as smooth as can be. So smooth that I forgot to put money in the meter and scored a lovely parking ticket. But oh well, Nikolas was a dream baby and allowed me to put him in any position. Plus he was extra adorable so it made up for it. We did prop, beanbag and parent shots in a few hours and were able to incorporate some lamb props into the session. Since Nikolas was born right before the start of Chinese New Year of 2016 he was still considered “Year of the Sheep.”
