Brooklyn Baby Photographer
It was a reunion of sorts with my former assistant Kassel who joined me for this Friday morning session with baby Kayla. I had not seen Kassel for almost 3 months and it was nice to catch up with her while my other assistant was on vacation. Having an assistant is so helpful when traveling to client’s homes. Not only are they setting up equipment but they are another set of hands & eyes on the baby. They are trained by me and know where to place their hands and how to safely help along with a pose. I am especially grateful for the handful of amazing assistants I have had over the last couple years. Well anyways, baby Kayla was a little one weighing less than 7lbs. She was pretty much a solid sleeper throughout her session. I was able to do beanbag, prop and parent poses within 4 hours and even grab a quick bite in the neighborhood.
