Brooklyn Luxury Maternity
I want to start by thanking Sandra for allowing me this opportunity to capture such a special time fin her life. It was so much fun working with someone as calm, collective and artistic as she is. She was really open-minded to the whole experience and we spent the whole day laughing and hanging out in her Brooklyn apartment. We started the session with some classic silhouette shots as well as some traditional poses with my gowns. We used backlighting, as well as rim lighting and some high end editorial lighting fort the more dramatic looks. This is just a snippet of the amazing shoot we had and some of my absolute favorites. When she told us she was a painter we knew we had to incorporate paint into the session at some point. We decided to make her body the blank canvas as Gabriella from Makeup by Gabriella painted a few strokes on her arm and leg. I think it turned out pretty magical.
