Brooklyn Maternity Photographer
I met Megan at her Brooklyn apartment for her indoor maternity session at the end of May. She was open to try out different fabrics as well as let me lead the session. We first started with hair & makeup by the amazing Gabriella. She is the artist behind many of the beautiful women I photograph. Her services are now included in all my maternity packages. I couldn’t have asked for a better partnership. While Megan was pampered we discussed the process and how I would be photographing her and her husband step by step. We started with backlit images in a white lace dress followed by a more moody silhouette using silks. We went back to backlighting with a bright turquoise strapless dress and ended the session with some dramatic rim lighting.
