Brooklyn Newborn Photographer
It was a gorgeous morning as I arrived to my client’s apartment in Dumbo, downtown Brooklyn. I would meet baby Sawyer who had no interest in her session at all. We were able to enjoy some delicious pizza from local favorite Grimaldi’s while waiting for Sawyer to fall asleep. After several hours of failed photo attempts and a wide awake non-cooperative baby we all decided it was a better idea to reschedule. I rarely reschedule as it is never certain if a baby will be better another day. In this case though, the second day reshoot was a complete 180 of the first day. We were able to complete the session in 3 hours with a sleep sound baby. Sawyer was an absolutely cherub. Her mohawk style hair and chubby cheeks had my heart from the start. We flew through beanbag, prop and parents shots with a 2 year old sibling. Her gorgeous mama also owns an online children’s/mommy boutique. The styles are trendy and adorable.
