Forest Hills, Queens Cake Smash Photographer
It was my second time at the home of little Sophie. I first met Sophie a year ago for her newborn photos. Since then I have met Sophie’s baby cousin and a few of her mama’s friends with their newborns. It is crazy how fast time flies and she was already a little person with so much personality since my last visit. Her parents were open to my color choices and ideas I had for the cake smash. I love how we landed on the mint/gold/cream setup. It photographed so beautifully and Sophie had such a ball smashing her cake. At one point she broke a piece off the cake and started eating it as a rib. “You go girl!” For the standard portraits before the smash we dressed her in a cream romper on my white backdrop and a yellow romper on my wooden backdrop.
