Manhattan Newborn Photography
My beautiful client Angeline ended up having her baby 3 weeks early and named her Illaria. She was the cutest little peanut. She slept soundly for almost her entire session. Her mom requested we use dusty pink and ivory for her session. I wanted to try out a wooden prop bed that I had not used in many years. It is so small and can only be used for certain babies. Once I saw Illaria in person I knew this prop would be perfect for her. I also wanted to capture a shot of Illaria in her parent’s hands. Since they would not be joining for the shoot I thought it was best to just use their hands instead. I left this pose for last and it turned out to be one of my favorites of the year so far.
