NYC Cake Smash Photographer
I met Sofie and her mom at their NYC apartment in early December. She was my last cake smash of the year. She started the session off with a very serious look trying to contemplate who I was and why I was making funny animal noises and singing all crazy tunes. I personally didn’t need a smile from her because she was just that cute with her little pout staring up at me. We started on my wood backdrop followed by my white drop. We achieved a few smirks but she really didn’t get too excited until the cake came out. At first she loved the cake and was smashing away then she quickly realized she was getting dirty and went bananas. So glad we got all the other images prior to the cake smash meltdown but of course those images are just as priceless. Check out the last one in the collage..one of my favorites!
