Brooklyn Cake Smash
I arrived to the Brooklyn home of Nikolas on a sunny Wednesday in the middle of January. I was feeling lucky grabbing a non-metered spot right in front of the building (maybe I should have played the lotto). At the newborn session the previous year, I ended up getting a parking ticket for forgetting to feed the meter. Glad that didn’t happen again! Nikolas was now celebrating his 1st birthday and had grown so much since we last seen him. His lovely mom requested a yellow and blue cake smash. I made a fun pendant banner to coordinate with the theme. Unfortunately Nikolas wasn’t feeling the cake as much as we were though. Lucky for us we were able to get some great shots before the cake made its appearance. Just look at those amazing blue eyes of his!
