NJ Newborn Photographer
It’s so nice to reconnect with someone you knew from a long time ago. I first met Natalie back in college when we were studying Fashion Merchandising at F.I.T. Following graduation we were both hired as assistant buyers for New York & Company. We had lots of laughs in the cubicle we shared with two other colleagues. It was a fun, yet stressful environment to be a part of in your early 20s. I had not spoke with Natalie since I left there back in 2009. We stayed FB friends though which is always a great way to keep updated in another one’s life. I was of course so excited and grateful when she reached out and selected me to capture this memorable and timeless moment in her life. The day after Christmas, I pulled up to their adorable NJ home in a town called Madison where I was finally able to meet their most precious Luciana. I am pretty sure Luciana was not happy to see me though. She gave my assistant and I a run for our money. Not only did she not want to sleep but she also did not want to pose either. With some patience and milk though, we finally settled her to sleep. Her gallery was filled with a variety of beanbag, prop and parent shots. We stylized the session to compliment her nursey which consisted of creams and golds with pops of light pink and lavender. She was also of my favorite models of the infamous “Potato Sack” pose.
