NYC Newborn Photographer
My last session before Christmas and the day I would be seeing Star Wars was started with little Preston. He was 10 days old and super sleepy. We went right into my bean bag poses and moved though the first half of the shoot really quick. I usually include a pair of pants on my boys during my “bum up” pose and while I was pulling them up his little legs, Preston let out some explosive poop! Oh boy haha it all went out of control after that. I get pooped and peed on all the time. It comes with the job duties. No biggie. But this was like no other! I had him situated on my lap with my camera and some props to my right which was the lucky direction of the poop torpedo. Meanhwile, Preston was continuing to sleep with no problem. We got that cleaned up quickly and switched out to the next blanket. Luckily we were still able to use some of those adorable bonnets and wraps we had pre-selected for the session. At the end, we posed him in this winter wonderland setup that I was so obsessed with. He was an adorable little bear peering out of a tree trunk (see below).
